We bought our 26ft 2010 Jamboree Sport from a dealership in Utah about 2 years ago. This is what it looked like then. Much cleaner, but missing some key components. This is called a Class C motorhome.

Our purchase price was about $35,000.

Since then, we have added countless things to make full time life possible. Some (but not all) of these include: Six 200W solar panels, four lithium Battle Born batteries, wifi booster, upgraded door locks, shatter proof window treatments, soft start for our AC, new water heater, awesome mattress, new sink, 2 Roku televisions, security cameras, mobile internet router, microwave, improved indoor and outdoor shower, and COUNTLESS other tiny things that make our lives better out here.

All for about and additional $10,000.

The inside reminds us of the dorm rooms Peter used to live in at Chapel Hill. This is the entire inside, except for the bunk over the driver/passenger seats. This is the photo from the dealership, it has a lot more stuff inside (plus two cats) now that we live in it full time! After camping in the back of our Toyota Tacoma for 10 years, this feels like a major upgrade!

This is our tow car, Vinny the Vitara. Peter found this 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara for sale in Ohio. It had about 90,000 miles on it when we bought it for just over $4,000. We definitely had to put some money into it to get it functional for the road. We love that we can flat tow this car, which means we just put it in neutral and attach it to our RV with a tow bar.

We also added AWESOME off road tires and off road suspension. In our time on the road we have put Vinny to the test: rocks, mud, sand, wash boarded gravel, cactus, wildlife, and some steep inclines.

Not to mention many many highway miles.

He has passed with flying colors!
